Ted Leines of Leines Hotel Advisors in Eden Prairie, Minnesota recently hired Cindy Bagaus to research the cities and demographics of five hotels he has listed for sale. In addition to writing about each hotel and market overview for the investment offering packages, Cindy also wrote property summaries for his website.
